One of our prestigious Clients' who is into "International Healthcare" is looking for an "Operations Supervisor" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 100,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations supervisors will monitor the efficiency of QMC operations under the leadership of the corporate office and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service and TAT.
He/ She will keep a track of key performance indicators (KPIs) across different functions, including IT, customer support and medical operations.
He/ She will monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks. Manage day-to-day activities of the medical centre as defined in the function below.
- Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations.
- Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions.
- Create management reports and support the operations / centre manager.
- The person will have approx. 2-6 direct reports & will manage a team.
- Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster.
- Monitor and process applications and meeting the SLA’s.
- Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy.
- Training and implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and coordinate with TL’s and accounts department – end of the day cash handover to an accountant.
- Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs.
- MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
- Adherence to SOPs.
- Ensuring the data matches the application entries daily and generate reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Must have healthcare industry experience in a customer facing role.
- Prior experience managing the day-to-day operations of a hospital or laboratory.
- Experience handling patients, floor management such as IPD, OPD, etc.
- Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office.
- Written & Spoken Skills (English, local language) & typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
