One of our prestigious clients in UK is looking for "Ticketing Executive" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 70,000 + Productivity Incentive.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
- Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips.
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- At least 3 years of experience in ticketing industry.
- Experience in Galileo/ Sabre or Amadeus (Global Distribution System).
- Should be proficient in English.
- Should be aware of the principles of the business and customer services.
- Working hours are based on the UK time zones and calendar.
- Shift basis- from 8am to 1am - UK time (including two Saturdays/ Sundays work on shift basis).
- Working from Colombo office.
