Our client, a globally expanding "Digital Health & Financial Services" company, is looking for an experienced "Product Manager" to join their team in Colombo immediately!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Product Manager, you will be working hand in hand with our Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to bring the next generation of innovative health and financial services to our global market.
- Craft unique product experiences that delight every time.
- Build deliverable prioritized backlogs of Epics and Stories that address the needs of our customers, help drive our growth, and are based on market understanding.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and local/regional countries to deliver a product and brand of remarkable quality
- Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product decisions while understanding local market nuances.
- Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution.
- Contribute to and collaborate on a broad spectrum of product initiatives including user experience design (offline and online), solution honing, growth strategy, customer research, and product marketing.
- Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, or relevant field.
- At least 5+ years experience in software product management.
- Prior experience in Insure-Tech or Health-Tech is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of customer mindset and accurately predicting how changes will make them feel.
- Understanding of how modern software is architected and built.
- Familiarity of some or all the following: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, CI/CD, Microservices, Cloud First, Test Automation, AWS, DevOps
- Have a solutions-oriented approach and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on bringing consumer experiences to life.
- Exceptionally curious about product experience and how users will respond to them.
- Confident speaker and active listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-propelled, strategic problem solver, and savvy team player.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
