Our client who is a leading IT solutions company based in Dubai is looking for competent "Sales Representatives" to work join their team in Colombo immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods. (Door-to-door, Cold calling, Presentations, Etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Evaluate customers' skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Maintain and expand the client databases within your assigned territory.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Sales/Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role.
- Proven sales experience in IT/Software sales.
- Proven track record of over-achieving targets.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
