Our client who is into "Diversified Business", is looking for dynamic young individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as a "Management Trainee" immediately!
ALLOWANCE: Rs. 15,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engaging with teams & acquiring in-depth knowledge about the processes.
- Building up positive relationships with employees.
- Understanding the company policies & procedures.
- Providing suitable suggestions to the management to increase productivity levels.
- Preparing business-reports/proposals when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Experience working in a similar role is a plus. (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Experience in MS Office is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English.
- Ability to take challenges while being proactive and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
