Our client who is into "Diversified Business", is looking for dynamic young individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to join our team as a "Telephone Operator cum Customer Service" immediately!
SALARY: Rs. 25,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To attend busy telephone hotlines to provide correct information on the latest job vacancies, processing status, etc for new and processing candidates.
- To provide local and foreign clients with correct information and status updates.
- Provide basic and accurate information to customer inquiries from the phone to email.
- Provide friendly support for callers and ensure a pleasant experience during their call.
- Assist with clear guidelines and explanations of our recruitment process.
- Refer and work with guidelines set out when answering calls, queries and handling complaints, etc.
- Responsible for updating relevant trackers, records of daily calls, tasks, etc.
- Maintain a database of all incoming customer inquiries with relevant information logged for future reference.
- Will be assigned to carry out follow up, reminders, provide feedback, etc. calls on a frequent basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Female, Age below 25 years.
- G. C. E. A/L qualification.
- Any professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role is preferred. (School leavers are welcome to apply!)
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English and Sinhala.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses an energetic, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, independent, and assertive.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Good organization, coordination & time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
- Candidates residing close to Colombo 3-4 are preferred.
