We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for recruitment to join our "Foreign Employment" team as a "Sales Executive" immediately!
SALARY: Rs. 50,000 + Comissions
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads.
- Achieving monthly / annual sales targets.
- Maintaining a close relationship with potential clients.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Identify and update the management about new marketing opportunities.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Maintaining client records.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 25 - 35
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience with "HR & Recruitment Services" sales in the international market.
- Minimum 2 years experience at a "Foreign Employment" organization in Sri Lanka.
- Experience getting job orders from GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) clients, specifically Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Basic IT skills are a must. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with international clients in multiple time zones.
- Be committed to 'Exceptional' customer service at all times.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
