One of our prestigious Clients' who is a leading UK based Offshore Service Provider is looking for an experienced "Office Manager" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
# SALARY: Rs. 70,000 (Negotiable)
# PERIOD: 6-Months Contract (Extendable)
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising tasks/projects.
- Training, Motivating, and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from employees.
- Monitoring task activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 3+ years' experience working in a similar capacity.
- Should possess a strong understanding of leadership principles.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to analyse and process information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Ability to use their own initiative.
- Commitment to providing exceptional support to staff members.
- Motivation to work and encouraging other staff to do the same.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
