# SALARY - Rs. 22,500 + Incentives
# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To attend busy telephone hotlines to provide correct information on the latest job vacancies, processing status, etc for new and processing candidates.
- To provide local and foreign clients with correct information and status updates.
- Provide basic and accurate information to customer inquiries from the phone to e-mail.
- Provide friendly support for callers and ensure a pleasant experience during their call.
- Assist with clear guidelines and explanations with our recruitment process.
- Refer and work with guidelines set out when answering calls, queries and handling complaints, etc.
- Responsible to update relevant trackers, records of daily calls, tasks, etc.
- Maintain a database of all incoming customer inquiries with relevant information logged for future reference.
- Will be assigned to carry out follow up, reminders, provide feedback, etc. calls on a frequent basis.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- A young & energetic 'Female' candidate, between 20-25 years.
- Successfully completed G.C.E A/L Examination.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent PR and interpersonal skills with great phone etiquette.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala is a must.
- Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office Package.)
- A good team player with a pleasing personality and a passion for customer service.
