# SALARY - Rs. 80,000 - 150,000
# REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Must be able to Acquire & Farm/Manage Large Corporate accounts with New Client acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention as major KRA’s (Hunting, farming and retention).
- Excellent communication, Negotiation skills & Influencing skills. New Client acquisition by selling multiple B2B offerings.
- Conceptualize & Implement effective Sales strategies to drive Sales Volume.
- Self-starter as the role is a 'hit the ground running' kind of profile.
- Novel Initiatives & Developing Alternate Channels a major part of the role.
- Competition Mapping & Market Intelligence - Analyse current market & identify and tackle weak areas & opportunities.
- Channel Sales initiatives - Appointment & Management of Aggregators/Re-sellers to expand reach.
- Database Management & Reporting.
# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree holder in CIM or BA in Sales & Marketing.
- 8+ Years of Sales/BD experience preferably from the B2B space.
