One of our prestigious Clients', who is the largest and the most premium film exhibition company in India is looking for "Maintenance Executives" to work on their Colombo office immediately.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Responsible to resolve any technical glitches.
- Ensure that the Building of property is in right shape in regards to civil and mechanical department.
- Maintenance of equipments used in the Audi and projection of the movie.
- Orders purchasing materials regards the projection of movie for e.g. Carpet, chair, light, projector etc.
- Follow and build a culture in his team where adequate instructions are followed.
- Train the staff including GRA’s, DO/DM about the various equipments used in the different areas of property.
- Responsible for yearly budgeting of the equipments.
- Follow certain steps to save and reduce the energy consumption.
Qualifications
- Diploma Holder / Graduate in engineering (Electrical Preferred).
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in relevant field.
- ITI holder can be considered.
Personal Suitability
- Basic Knowledge of all the machines.
- Knowledge of electrical, sound & projection equipments.
- Should be able to communicate in English and in local language( preferably).
- Should be computer literate have working knowledge of MS Office.
