One of our prestigious client's, who is a world's leading multinational conglomerate who is into HVAC, Elevators and Escalators, Fire and Security, Building Systems and Industrial Products is looking for an experienced Manager - Finance to join their Sri Lankan team immediately.
Salary: Negotiable
Function: Finance / Commercial
Reports to: Country Head – Sri Lanka & Maldives.
Job Responsibilities:
a) Monthly financial closing and reporting.
b) Ensure Customer billing activity
c) Handling commercial activities including receivables, logistics, inventory management etc.
d) Liaison with tax authorities and consultants for tax compliance
e) Setting up the subsidiary in Sri lanka
f) Manage internal as well as external stakeholders
g) Ensure financial and statutory compliances in consultation with legal
h) Liaison with statutory auditors, internal auditors etc and ensure that the audits are completed within deadline
i) Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
j) Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
Qualification / Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in finance, accounting and commercial activities.
- ERP knowledge essential and should preferably be from an MNC.
- Sound knowledge of commercial activities highly preferred.
