Our client who is a renown "Recruitment & Human Resources Placement" company is looking for dynamic & young "Marketing Assistants" to join their team in Colombo immediately!
SALARY: Rs. 30,000 - 35,000
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining cordial relationship with customer, clients etc.
- Marketing and brining on board new potential sub agents to the company.
- Maintaining reports and assigned software updating regularly.
- Organize and implement new avenues to find applications.
- Marketing and registering completed application according to Monthly assigned departure targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 30 years. (Female)
- G. C. E. A/L in Commerce stream.
- Following a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Good understanding of marketing techniques and current social media trends.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English and Sinhala language.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Good organization, coordination & time management skills.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
