Our client who is a renown "Tyre Imports & Distribution" company is looking for an experienced "Store Manager" to work in their Colombo office immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Prepare and manage store budgets to meet financial objectives. (Labor charges, Overtime, Food and beverages, Fuel, etc.)
- Prepare an action on the daily delivery plan.
- Develop and implement action plans to correct any deficiencies. (Goods returns, Customer complaints, Held deliveries, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain a standard store placement, signage and display.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of the company vehicles.
- Maintain the vehicle running charts and support for the cost saving.
- Ensure security of the Store.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age below 45 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant professional qualification. (Business Administration/Management, Marketing, etc.)
- 8-10 years of industry experience with more than 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Team player with profound leadership and interpersonal skills.
