One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced "Auditor / Trainer" to join them immediately.

# RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Auditor / Trainer is responsible for organizing initial inspections, preparing documentation and coordinating with the Quality Manager and Audit teams, and providing technical support and training.
- Conduct food safety audits.
- Sound knowledge of product quality & safety, health, and environmental standards in food and packaging manufacturing industries.
- Wide knowledge of material handling and waste management procedures.
- Ability to manage production expenses within assigned budget.
- Inspect and evaluate the product safety, quality & pre-requisite programs.
- Assist in conducting and validating risk assessment based on SWOT analysis & providing training on action plan implementation.
- Assist in monitoring the results of raw material, in-process product, & finished product testing for compliance with specifications. Notify deviations & help to take proper and corrective actions.
- Manage the Quality Non-Conformities in relation with Suppliers, Clients to improve company performance.
- Plan and perform Certification / Re-Certification / Surveillance third-party audits as per the audit procedures of the organization for the International Standards.
- Complete review of Operational costs by proper planning resulting in minimal consultancy & training cost to boost business volume.
- Effectively develop marketing plans to increase sales and profits while managing costs.
- Conduct different training courses on QMS, EMS, HACCP, FSMS, FSSC 22000, BRC.
- Plan and assign certification and surveillance audits for all the clients for various standards, review and approve the reports generated by the auditors in line with the procedures.
- Plan, perform and report the monitoring of auditors in the field of quality, energy, and environmental management systems.
- Preparation of audit schedule for certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits.
- Conducting implementation, pre-assessment, certification, and surveillance audits for the clients on quality, environment, health & safety, and other fields.
- Carry out audits in the fields of quality environment, energy and safety management.
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Senior Auditor or Lead Auditor status from any Certification body.
- Hands-on experience as a Senior Auditor, Consultant, or Trainer in any Certification body.
- Previous experience in certification body and food industry.
- Highly knowledgeable and analytical in food safety with a solid understanding of GMP, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Training certificates required:
- Basic Food Hygiene, BRC Awareness & Internal Auditor, HACCP Awareness & Internal Auditor, ISO 22000 Awareness & Internal Auditor, FSSC 22000 Awareness & Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 Awareness & Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Awareness & Internal Auditor, ISO 45001 Awareness & Internal Auditor
- Skilled in Management, QA/QC, production & operation procedures.
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, policies, current regulations, and technology.
- Should have the ability to resolve issues with production & employees while also minimizing downtime and ensuring a reasonable solution.
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a strong personality.
