One of our clients in Saudi Arabia who is into "Auto Parts & Auto Service Centers" is looking for an experienced "Computer Hardware & Network Technician" to join them immediately.
# SALARY: SAR 1800 + 350 (Avg. Rs. 115,000)
# RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoots network and operating system problems.
- Provides technical support to ensure proper upkeep of equipment and network, including maintenance of hardware and local area networks.
- Installs new software, and installs and maintains Internet software and accounts.
- Conducts staff training on the use of software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
- Models the use of technology for employees.
- Maintains positive work habits.
- Performs duties efficiently and productively.
- Maintains and/or upgrades skills.
- Performs duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor(s).
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 35 years. (Male)
- Diploma in Computer Hardware/Networking will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience, as a Computer Hardware/Network Technician.
- Solid intermediate knowledge of operations of personal computers, network testing/diagnostic techniques, terminals, modems, and printers.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and configure peripheral equipment and PCs.
- Ability to quickly analyze user problems and systems, find alternative best solutions, and resolve whatever issues.
- Ability to optimize and install personal computer software.
- Ability to write reports and perform system documentation.
- Ability to guide non-technical users on the proper practices and procedures to maintain.
- Physical ability to move or lift computers and other equipment weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer skills.
