One of our prestigious clients who is into Energy, MEP, & Facility Management in Qatar is looking for experienced "Facility Management Supervisors - HVAC" to join them immediately.
SALARY: QAR 4000 (Rs. Avg. 347,000)
# REQUIREMENTS:
- Age below 45.
- Completion of Diploma/ Certification of 3 years’ duration.
- 3 years of GCC experience in the relevant field.
- 7 years of total working experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of the HVAC or refrigeration tools, materials & test equipment's.
- Knowledge, prepare & assess contractors scope of works.
- Skills in reading and understanding schematics.
- Skills in analyzing HVAC or refrigeration malfunctions from performance and test equipment reading and determining appropriate repairs.
- Knowledge of the MEP tools, materials and test equipment.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Should have Basic Proficiency in English-Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
