One of our reputed clients in Colombo, who is into Properties and Real Estate is looking for Associate Manager to join immediately.
Person is directly responsible in sorting out of properties, which includes plantations, real-estate developments and other mining grounds.
Responsibility for procurement, sourcing and managing the supply chain to source for bids, projects and for the company.
Identifying the primary source for materials, supplies, ingredients, tools and accessories, spare parts, equipment’s, machineries and etc.. and source for the company.
Person will be responsible as an oversight for the managing day to day office management administration and HR functions, broadly engaging and supporting for a larger hospitality oriented company

Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in business administration or any other comparable studies is required.
- MBA or master’s degree in business related subject
- Experience in management for 5 or more years.
- High level of analytical skills and scientific thinking. The ability of making sound business judgment.
- Experience in contract management, performance assessment, dispute resolution, and problem solving
